Our normal hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Central Standard Time. We are open on most Saturdays from 9:00 am - Noon. We are closed on Sundays so we may spend time with our family.
Hand delivery is available in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area during normal business hours, Monday-Saturday. Orders must be received by 9:00 am for same day delivery. Please inquire about all rates.
We ship nationwide using USPS Priority Mail. Orders must be received by Noon for shipment that day. Shipping rates and times have changed dramatically over the past few years, so please note that we will get your gift sent out as quickly as possible on our end, but cannot guarantee it will arrive on the date you specify ("requested delivery date") unless choosing a "guaranteed" delivery option, which would be Express Mail or other two/three-day options using other services.
All items delivered or shipped within the state of Minnesota are subject to state sales tax of 6.875%.
There will be a 20% restocking fee should you return any item for a reason beyond our control.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express credit cards. We will accept corporate checks with prior approval and can set up your business for direct billing. Typically we request of deposit of 50% on most large/custom orders.
We reserve the right to substitute any item with another of equal value/design should items become unavailable & also during the warm summer months if shipping chocolate products.
